I love the story of Icarus. Scylla cutting off Nisus' purple tress to give to Minos has a certain fantasticism to it that's not often seen in contemporary lit. Vis finds himself stuck between a plot to tear down the Republic and a senator that adopts him to attend a school to solve the murder of his brother. Your poem, "How my Mind Works," has an obvious beauty to it, but my favorite was the first one, "Self Driving." Your description of anxiety can be felt in the soul. To me, I related it to how I felt when I became disabled and was learning to cope with it.
