alot of them are just really outdated and don't usually work with modern networks.
they were alot better when there wasn't much automation in network security.
these pentesting distros focus more on quantity over quality. very few tools on this list are still used by security professionals today, the rest are mostly just POCs/starting points used to build more advanced tools that actually do work.

I like the looks of #olas i was never really a tw(sh)itter user more of an IG user. but it's just too buggy for me to use in its current state. I opened up a couple issues on github for @npub1l2v…ajft to take a look at.

2025-01-07 14:35:54 GMT

The political parties in #america are a big part of this whole divide and conquer thing. Democrats and Republicans are more busy trying to make the other side look bad than to actually accomplish anything. They make a big deal out of things like immigration, abortion, or gun control in ways that make people hate each other. This ensures that we are so occupied trying to fight one another that we don’t realize how much less work is being done towards addressing more complex problems such as the inequality of wealth, such as the healthcare system or economy.
The worrying part is about where this potentially could take America. While people remain divided and unable to agree on anything, it creates an opportunity for a leader or group to step in and say, “We need to get in there to take over and set things right” (could already be happening, #Trump fits the description) . That’s how you end up with more authoritarian regimes. While we remain so divided and preoccupied with the battles, it enables those in power to suppress our civil liberties and make decisions that control you with no strong #resistance.

Only bag chasers like the idea of our supply being gobbled up by people who don't give AF about Bitcoin or the people.

1 ish week #linux update:
still no major screen tearing or stuttering on my nvidia + hyprland arch install. I'm only noticing slight stuttering on old games like left 4 dead 2 and arma 2 also with RPCS3 games (mostly dark souls 2) CS2 only stutters after prolonged gaming.
so far it's been a much better experience than what I was expecting with nvidia + wayland.

A rant:
I'm getting sick of cops.
I could've bought a surrron but I said "no ill buy a lamer bike that's actually ebike compliant and legal" just to get treated like I'm still on a surron.
even after I prove how legal it is in court I just know I'm still going to get pulled over and issued hundreds of dollars in tickets from cops enforcing laws they don't understand and have to go through the slow ass court system again and again.
last time they gave me a court date 2 years in the future which I finally have to go to next month.
