i was just now looking around our yard putting together a plan of action for this weekend while trying to temper myself knowing we have more freezing weather to come when i noticed a robin patiently waiting at the end of our patio watching me. i’m not sure if they’re one of the ones from last year but they weren’t at all frightened as i got some raisins and tossed them in their direction. so that’s my first robin fed of the year.
