Err I don’t think this is right.
When the banks flood the market with artificially lowered interest rates, there’s so much more money and hence more bids for an asset that’s not meant for investing and this pushes the prices up and creates the monetary premium that’s quite a lot more than the utility value of a house.

I’ve been making my own yogurt for a while now and I’ve been using this probiotic strain that’s made somewhere in Europe to culture the milk. I pour the boiled milk (after it’s lukewarm) with the culture in mason jars and wrap them in towels and leave it a warmer place to ferment overnight, makes some nice yogurt.

Nostr has ways to go, in terms of being able to preform the way we want it to.
I like the concept of spaces where I can talk to others and join different groups, which is what is still keeping me on other apps.
But the peace of mind that I get from #nostr is unrivalled, the other apps are way too polarising and the algos love this and it’s a perfect tool for creating fear.

Yup they’re good, you can just roast the roasted seeds (just to make them crispy) and they taste good.
In India it’s usually given to pregnant women, it’s made into these power balls along with tons of nutritious stuff and they taste and feels good.

I start with basics, I mean if people don’t what money is then it’s a lost cause, so I talk about the origins of money. And once it clicks in, people usually see what is the difference between the current money, its flaws and the alternative that is bitcoin which is sound money.
Of course you have to talk about debasement by the banks and inflation.
I’ve not delved a lot into socialist economic policies, I’ve been reading about them recently as I sometimes lock heads with desi comrades about why sound money can fix a lot of issues we currently have.
