Yes. it is separated by network type even. so you can allow it on wifi but not on mobile, or not at all.

As for graphene, it would seem that whoever has control of their account here thinks that being a leftist = being pro genocide and a bad person. So everything left wing is bad.
Alternatives, i am currently running e/os, works fine, seems secure.

None of what you say makes any sort of sense at all. But sure, you do you.

2026-06-27 13:25:14 GMT

When did i ever say anything of that sort? For someone that seems concerned about having words put into your mouth, you sure seem to enjoy doing it.
What benefit do you draw from defending these people? You could have simply said that you are still examining this situation, instead you here you are, defending Mullvad, except you also seem to think they're tankies, seeing how they finance them, according to your own words?
Why are you doing this?

2026-06-27 13:18:25 GMT

By that logic, everyone is just everything. Being racist is not a stance that aligns with being on the left, it is that simple. You can not be one and be the other at the same time.
If anyone tells you that, they are flatly lying and what they are is not leftists. They thrive on international solidarity and not racism.
There are no exceptions either.

They can claim to be whatever they want to be, that does not make it so. If they say nazi things, they are nazis.

2026-06-27 13:05:38 GMT

@npub1kwa…e0nj What about what i said is dishonest? I quoted the leader of their party? Or are you doubting the quote?

2026-06-27 13:03:59 GMT

Not that i enjoy it. I only wanted to inform them, instead i am watching them dig their own grave atm ...

Again_ Leftists do not call groups of people parasites unless they are landlords.
You are thinking of national socialists, or nazis for short.
If that guy said what he said in a room full of leftists he would get ripped to shreds and you know that fully well.

2026-06-27 12:32:34 GMT

@npub1kwa…e0nj I am not talking about their foreign policy. If the leader of the party said it, then it matters. And he did.

2026-06-27 12:00:05 GMT

Hmmmm i am getting very bad vibes from the GrapheneOS people ... they're kinda making light of the whole situation with Mullvad and now are saying that leftists can be racist? I already hat a bad feeling about them for a while, but this is making it worse ...

"Sweden belongs to the Swedes. We have to make sure that we take care of our own damn people and we must deport these damn parasites who sit and live at our expense." -Markus Allard, talking about Somalis.
I know this man claims to be a Marxist, but he is not. We have had a very similar thing in germany and what it attracted is nazis(BSW), luckily they crashed and burned in the elections. Plain and simple. This is the same logic as blood and soil.
Remigration is very specifically a right wing concept, and so far right that no actual left wing person would ever approach this, seeing how it is carried on banners by literal neonazis.
This is a wolf in sheeps clothing.

But that's not what you're suggesting the european union should use, is it? Your professional server suite is, as far as i am aware, not open source.
Which is fine, in theory, but it does seem a little odd when you are campaigning against signal at the same time, who are fully open source.
At the end of the day, i think that arguing against Signal is not going to help your position. I am entirely on board if you say Whatapp or Telegram, or any of those.
But Signal is not a project that is opposed to very high levels of security and i am not the only person who finds it in bad taste that you keep mentioning them in the same sentence with Whatsapp, no matter how you put it.
They're not the same. Not even remotely.

The article sure suggests that. And i have yet to see how your enterprise solution prevents phishing. That does seems out of your scope and relates more to how well the people in question were trained in this particular matter.
Additionally i think the only way europe will stay independent is if we trust and fund fully open source software.

2026-04-16 08:49:20 GMT

- reply

This campaign is not going to make you any more popular, especially with the article regurgitating the same false premise when it comes to Signal.
Signal does not have security problems. Matrix users can be phished as easily as anyone else.

2026-01-19 14:13:58 GMT

If you want to make people understand why they should not use AI, i now phrase it like this:
Every time you have any problem, instead of hiring an expert, hire an actor. It's not that i hate actors, but it is legit what the AI is doing. It is *acting* like someone who knows these things.
Need a doctor? Hire Hugh Laurie.
Need a chemist? Hire the dude who played Mc Guyver.
This is what you are doing. You must stop this. :blobcatnotlikethisgoogly:

2026-01-14 11:00:48 GMT

"You look AI generated" is my new favorite insult.

2025-11-28 12:14:31 GMT

PSA: It does not matter if AI datacenters are powered by green energy. It is energy that wasn't being used before and the green energy which powers them could have been used to replace fossils fuels, but wasn't.
No matter how you spin it, it is bad for us.

Man, the Wikipedia article on the Fediverse is really kinda shit.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fediverse
So many half truths. Also:
"Users have been slow to embrace the Fediverse due to poor user experience and excessive complexity."
Excessive complexity?! You write a message and click post ... what? Is choosing a server difficult or something? I don't get it.
*Excessive* complexity. This is literally the hardest thing ever. Like if you want easy stuff, go work at CERN, that's where we send all the people who fail at posting here, it's the literal losers club. :neocat_what:

If you are upset with google and mozilla and want things to change, you have to stop just complaining and start supporting a real alternative. The companies will never change. They might act somewhat better for a while, but that's it.
https://servo.org is a real alternative to established browser engines. They are working hard to make sure we do not have to rely on multi-billion dollar companies.
Support them! You don't have to give them money if you can't, but please spread the word. Look how much they have done with so little!

Remember, no matter how much neoliberals will try to convince you:
Public services should not be required generate income.
Water, Power, Communications, Healthcare, Education, Public Transport, Mail, Firefighters, Police, Libraries, Swimming Pools, Roads, Generally all infrastructure, Military
None of these things were created with the idea of making big profits with them, they are meant to provide you with a service which is being paid for with your taxes. Privatizing any of them will make them worse, not better.
Though, companies are very good at *pretending* they are better for a while, by simply deciding to lose money for a few years. The bill *always* comes due before long, though.

2024-08-09 08:41:52 GMT

The Internet is so fucking broken these days. Don't allow canvas fingerprinting? Welp guess our website doesn't work for you. Blocked some third party spying website? Welp, guess our website doesn't work for you anymore! Using a browser we don't like because it makes spying on you too hard? WELP GUESS UR FUCKED THEN MATE.
