I'm likely going to give a talk at a tech conference in november. Videos will likely be uploaded on youtube. i'm thinking about telling the audience to yell slurs at the beginning of my talk, just so that the video is not ad-friendly. idk, maybe i'll talk for the first 5 minutes about the importance of abortion clinics. funny how the "free/open source software is more secure, because more people can look at it" argument proved valid with the xz thing. in the end somebody found it by poking around and later looking at the thing
