That has a big impact too. Given how much time you're wearing them and the time on your feet it's worth getting ones that look after you.
Sleep is another one. Making sure your back and neck are in good order are important. I stopped with sleeping with pillows altogether last year and my neck and back are far better for it.

I was having this same conversation with a friend the other day. Her position is that 'we're just more aware of these conditions and understanding of them'.
