I read the entire history conversation between you and the person you believe to be talking to (David Sacks).
If you have not realized by now… that individual is NOT David Sacks. That individual you are talking to is a scam/con artist pretending to be David Sacks so that you feel like you are talking to a high level US government official who has the ability to make a difference in the world and in your life (giving you the EB1A visa and Green Card you desperately need).
That scam/con artist pretending to be David Sacks wants you to make a “commitment” by “investing” your $20,000 into his “AI driven trading and mining operation designed for investors who want to grow their money without having to manage anything themselves. It's fully automated and hands free, meaning the Al handles all the trading and mining work.” as a show of “commitment” to the President.
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.
This scam/con artist pretending to be David Sacks has insulted you MANY times calling you insulting names and then promises you that once you make the “commitment” of sending your $20,000 money to his wallet, he will schedule a meeting with the President and also help you with forms for the EB1A visa and Green Card.
THAT IS THE SCAM! DO NOT SEND THAT INDIVIDUAL MONEY.
I realize now that you send the scam/con artist 1,000 ($1 equivalent) sats to his wallet in hopes that will be enough to secure his trust. He does not want $1 equivalent. He wants the $20,000 equivalent that he knows you are protecting for your EB1A visa and Green Card. DO NOT GIVE IT TO HIM!
I will be fully transparent with you. I cannot help you. I also do not have the financial funds to help you. But I can help in steering you away from scam/con artists like that person pretending to be David Sacks.

Update: @miljan and @primal reached out to me providing assistance. I then received a response to my email from [email protected] with more clarification to my primal wallet issue as well as the unfreezing of my funds.
Apparently their spam detection algorithm froze my wallet due to misuse of the wallet (how was I supposed to know frequent purchases from Primal store & large withdrawals in few transactions was against their policies?). Received warning if it happens again, they will not be unfreezing the funds. That won’t be happening again. I’ll be stacking sats elsewhere.
Though all is well now. Thanks to those who assisted for the support.

I’m not all that tech-savvy, but I’m willing to learn. Why? Because I had my Primal Wallet frozen by their Primal Store’s spam detection algorithm, which they resolved after several days of my funds stuck. How was I supposed to know or remember what their policies were?
If I’m going to trust and use Primal Wallet to handle my transactions, I better have access to my money at all times. Hell no if I have to go through the hassle of chasing for some help and wait for Primal Support to answer after days of silence. If it takes running non-custodial Lightning and have a more complex set-up to zap (even as an OldCryptoDude), then so be it.
I’m learning how to set up my Alby Hub & manage an Alby Wallet. And it really wasn’t all that difficult to set up coinos.io wallet either.
The moment we completely give in to third-party, custodial anything is when we have lost the fundamental reason why we have Bitcoin in the first place.

What’s the problem here? Do I need to be verified on Nostr before I can get any support for my issue with primal wallet from @npub12vk…pugg?
It’s been days since reaching out for assistance from [email protected] and all I’ve gotten back was crickets (except for @npub18am…p424 who tried signaling @npub1zga…ppvc and @npub16c0…6nvr for support with his reach, which I greatly appreciate).
I’ve been patient after several days and, needless to say, it’s past the point of frustration and just flat out irksome that I haven’t received any official support from Primal.
I’d understand if there were some massive development with Primal Wallet, the Primal app, or even some collaboration with Bitcoin devs that is taking #primalsupport away from providing some level of support.
Can I please have some #support or any clarification as to why I cannot send/receive or purchase sats with my Primal Wallet? It was working perfectly for the past few months until now. I had no issues with transactions sending out to my cold storage. Now? It’s stuck in my primal wallet and I have no control moving funds.
Any support will be, again, greatly appreciated.

You did an excellent job breaking it down for me. I think I’m getting the gist of it but until I get my hands dirty (and hopefully not damage my wallet incurring losses with experiments in the meantime), I’ll probably get a better understanding of it.
I’ll, admittedly, need to take a few days to reread your explanation and wrap my head around this incredulous, magic”er” money concept with lightning.

I think I did it? I followed the instructions on coinos.io and now hoping it works.
This is a good temporary fix until I get my primal wallet issue resolved. Eventually I’d like to go fully sovereign and self-host my stuff once I get a better hang on all of this.
I thought Bitcoin self-custody was difficult until I took a brief look at @npub1rxy…hnp8' Lightning tutorials. This “lightning” level takes the cake

Wow, okay. This was digestible enough to understand.
It took some time to wrap my head around bitcoin and its blockchain technology where each block of transactions is confirmed every 10 minutes. I’m guessing the lightning protocol is a much faster version where we don’t have to wait 10 minutes for confirmation, but works as a “layer 2 (?)” on top of the base layer which is the Bitcoin layer? Like a toll road (lightning) in comparison to the express way (Bitcoin). Correct?

I am having issues with my primal wallet. I reached out to you earlier this week for assistance and still hoping to hear back soon.
The primal wallet is sending a message saying :
“unable to send, this wallet cannot send nor receive transactions at this time, please contact us at [email protected]”
I am unsure of which email I used to verify my primal wallet, so I reached out to [email protected] using an alias email instead.
