Ha ben non, ca je ne vois pas comment... Il faudrait un flux de nouveau utilisateurs réguliers pour y arriver et donc un jour ou l'autre upgrader et donc re-poser le problème en termes encore plus couteux...
Ou augmenter énormément le ticket d'entrée, mais je ne propose pas de services comme nostr.wine donc non...
5000 sat en oneshot, c'est juste pour bloquer les spams et participer au jeu... j'ai d'autres serveurs pour le boulot, dans le lot, ça passe en compta "R&D" ce qui n'est pas faux en plus.

Oui justement, c'est bien le problème, je crois bien que la version lnbits Umbrel n'est pas atteignable directement sans passer par tailscape ou tor.
Bon bref à creuser.
En même temps, soyons honnête, c'est pas vital. J'ai surtout mis le relay en payant pour éviter de propager du spam. Et vu le nombre de "clients" ça ne change pas grand-chose au bout du compte.

To be fully independent, I wanted to link relay payment to a lnbits instance on Umbrel, but no https and external access needs VPN or Tor...
And I prefer not to add a reverse proxy on my new umbrel, not played enough to break it now...
Do I need an external lnbits account ? Maybe a lnbits instance on the relay vps ?

I find lnbits demo instance very insecure as a simple google search with
"https://legend.lnbits.com/wallet?usr=" give access to some (mostly empty) wallets... 😱 #[3] #[4]

Was ready to open my first lightning channel on Umbrel. Funded it a little, as I can, just to try.
But before, as I know computers and don't trust them, let's do a reboot to check if all is OK

Bon, node sync terminée, j'ai récupéré ici et là des coins sur des wallets de tests, swappé quelques trucs minés ici ou là et c'est prêt...
Sauf que comme toutes les premières fois, ouvrir un canal, ben, c'est une somme de questions, mais avec des milliers de réponses. Ça fait un peu beaucoup
Donc bref, pouvez-vous "raconter" votre premier canal, ce que vous avez fait / auriez dû faire rétrospectivement...
La théorie, c'est bien, les tutos de Jonathan Levi ou Fanis Michalakis c'est très instructif, mais du vécu, c'est pas mal non plus ! #[1]

Mon Umbrel est quasi synchronisé. Il est sous onduleur + power-station comme pour le reste de mes machines car faut que je puisse bosser...
Je vais évidement vouloir mettre en place un nœud LN, sinon à quoi bon 😊
Si vous gérez un nœud vous-même, avez-vous une idée de la somme de départ à prévoir pour ouvrir des canaux utiles au réseau, et pas des minis trucs "pour voir', vu qu'il paraît que c'est plus néfaste qu'autre chose...
L'idée est bien entendu d'apprendre, mais sans nuire au réseau.

My tests with #umbrel local proxy :
Connectivity :
Ping to external_IP or FQDN Ok on all devices when tailscape vpn is up.
Nok when tailscape off. Normal
Ping to umbrel_lan_ip or local name ok without tailscape
works (events are counted / sorted / displayed on umbrel page.:
✔️ Damus ios with tailscape using ws://external_ip:4848
✔️ Nostros android with tailscape using ws://external_ip:4848
Don't work :
⛔ Any client on lan (desktop / wifi) without tailscape : ws://local-ip:4848 or ws://umbrel:4848
⛔ snort android with tailscape : relay configured ok but no trafic.
⛔ Amethyst with tailscape nope, same problem.

Got a little problem :
I use a lot of different npub to test different clients. Did a big clean this morning by renaming each npub to a "human-readable name" in place of "testestest001"
In all clients the profile is up-to-date, but not in NostrGram... It stays as it was before...
Example :
npub 1cq9d5nh08lhvgm9tu7mxphfyjyr5y37e3mvuz7kpwan23glhnrkq620sgs
is #[1] in my NostrGram but is
