okay, and WW2 was also closer to the release of the NES than we are today. The NES is not an antique, and it won't be for another few decades at least. Antique doesn't mean "old". Antique, by any definition I've ever seen used, typically means something over 100 years old. I'd even accept 80 years. But in a very general level, if your parents or grandparents were alive when it was made (unless your parents were like 45 when they had you for some fucking reason, but that's absurd) t's not an antique. You are spiritually 9

legally speaking in Canada an antique gun is one made before 1897, so that's what confused me. also who is calling guns from the 70s antique that's retarded. is star wars an antique movie.

antique guns aren't legally firearms in Canada, and if by "lax gun laws mean it's easy to get guns" you mean that you are not prevented from purchasing a revolver from the civil war that is an incredibly misleading way to say it.
And it is not a lot easier than people act like it is, it's that you personally interact with people who are more likely to seek out illegal firearms. Also the example you gave is literally an anecdote. I, personally, cannot just "go over the border and meet a guy in the woods". Very few people can!

Oh well if anecdotes are enough, people underestimate how many people in Toronto know Xi Jinping.

it's not easy to get a gun in Canada, that's for sure. And I don't think anyone thinks it's hard to get a gun in Mexico

it's especially fucked up because koko, like all other primates, was incapable of language and so her entire existence was solely as promotional material for her fucked up handlers. they knew they were lying, it was all for scamming research grants.
we need to move all funding to bird speech. cause it's way cooler and probably more legitimate.
