@npub1vl8…7xf2 oh gosh I'm so sorry he has to go through that! Night shifts are really hard, and I can sympathise as I used to do them. It feels completely unnatural sleeping in the daylight. I really recommend find ways to manage this during the winter as it can be a real struggle.

I recently had the pleasure of speaking with a reporter from Yahoo about living with decades of SAD, or Seasonal Affective Disorder, amongst many other health issues. This condition often leads to the cancellation of plans at the peak of winter, introducing a level of moroseness into one's psyche that can be challenging to dispel.
