I can take really hot BUT, when hot peppers are fermented it dulls the heat alot. It also gets rid of the lingering burning. Habanero peppers have a great tropical flavor to them if you can get by the heat of it. This is still hot, but it allows you to enjoy that flavor too. For reference I can eat these fresh but my wife can't go much hotter than a jalapeno, and she will use this sauce.

Fermented scotch Bonnet Tropical Hot Sauce

Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 limes
- 1tbsp of nutmeg
- .5tbsp of allspice
- 1/4 of pineapple
-1/4 cut to .5 cup of white vinegar
-1.5 to 2lbs of scotch bonnet peppers ( lacto-fermented minimum of 2 weeks,.. in picture is 4 months fermented)
-4-5 cloves of garlic (lacto-fermented with peppers)
1-bell pepper( lacto-fermented with peppers)
Method:
1. Strain the lacto fermented ingredients.
2. Juice the limes and pineapple( if no juicer, skip this step and deal with a chunkier sauce)
3. Blend well all the ingedients.
4. Add to pot bring to a boil then simmer for 25 mins.
4. bottle and let sit in fridge overnight for flavors the meld.

I think a lot of it is lost in legalities because it involves stem cells. I'm unsure. When my son was born some new labs reached out wanting to charge a ton to perserve the placenta because there are stem cells in it and can be used in a bunch of ways. From my understanding you can use the SCROG technique on tomato plants. My friendwna runs a big company that designs grow houses for cannabis and he will help set up a SCROG system. He told me it works very well for tomato plants as well. You can google it for more details but it's essentially topping the plant at a hightyou are good with so it doesn't get taller but grows outwards, then setting up wiring for it togrow across. Very similar to what the above post is doing where he creates an arc, but can be down in a more compact area.

My apologies with the long response but when discussing things in the sciences, especially with the amount I've read in the field of phych and Evo psych its best to be a bit consice. I can only dig in so much in a post.. I should really just let it die but hopefully this is enough of an awnser for you to see my point of view and i suppose we can agree to disagree.
evolutionary psychologists have discussed this idea and have debunked it in the sense that most have a very skewed view of what is alpha and beta based of personal experience and think it is also a solid description of a person in all things, such as the description op gave. Not to mention we are always in a hiarchy. We Dont have a choice, it's part of not only our unconcious but there's evidence within our collective unconscious in regards to the archytype we embody. Culture is downstream of biology and that is an important fact in how we became how we are . One can be an alpha in one aspect and a beta in another and it's rarely super static. Someone marching to the beat of their own drum. Is jsut another word for someone with a strong frame Wich is a hallmark of an alpha archytype. A beta is not even nessesarily a bad thing. It can be. For instance Bruce Lee was an alpha in the sense on martial arts, and women and some other things. But if put in a room full of physics professor and then the group is told to solve something, he is now the beta and must play the fool archytype and learn. That's not bad that he follows. Now you could argue that he is a sigma in a sense that he travelled to the west and did his own thing and carved his own path. However that is also what Evo psychs define as part of an alpha trait, also a hierarchy was immidiately formed around him with him at the top this naturally thrusting him into alpha role regardless. We can take many people throughout history who rose like guts in berserk, but in dissection, with even that arbitrary character himself, youl jsut find an alpha entering new environments.
