So far I am learning major languages and few others for almost 2 months Mandarin, Spanish, Russian and Arabic. for basics I use duolingo.
So far it is pretty good but with my poor memory it takes long to remember few words 🦥

Because If I fast for day I lose fat and have almost no hunger. If I do caloric restriction I will have unbearable hunger.
And I am no longer kid when I am 26.
