Reading while listening to music has always been a must for me.
Sometimes, when I hear certain songs (or entire albums), it reminds me of a particular book, and how I felt reading it.

My fridge kept making this horrible nose on and off for several days, and I tried everything I could to fix it; defrosting the freezer (there was no frost, but I thought maybe there was, internally), cleaning the back, checking if it was even on the floor...then I realized it could be the very heavy jug of apple cider vinegar I forgot I put on top of it.
...it was.

As someone who was preyed on by older people as a child, the vampire/human dynamic always bugs me. So, in my books, the main character is the reincarnation of a particular vampire's first love, and she always eventually remembers all of their lives together.
From his perspective, though, he's uncomfortable with how young this version of her is. He doesn't even want to kiss her. He knows it's her, deep down, but he's not a pedo, so...it's weird for him.

Rewatching Stranger Things 1-4 before I start on the new season...and I forgot about how triggering Hopper and El's big blowout fight was. Roo is a character who will be introduced in season 3, but I think we've already seen her. I'm pretty sure she's Eve, post-apple. And did you see the POV from those eyes on the wall watching Angel? Pretty sure all the disembodied eyes in hell are hers.
