One thing that we, as podcasters, need to be fully aware of is the power of both Spotify and YouTube to destroy a show.
I hear from Podcasters who say well, I don't have to worry. My content is not extreme. I will never be deplatformed.

No idea, looks like plugin conflicts. But as soon as we released it a score of sites had major issues.
We have been running without CORS for feeds for more than 17 years and have never had anyone complain and or need it.

FYI we tried enabling cors in PP for feeds and we broke a bunch of websites so we have had to revert the build.

So, @npub1fmx…wp74, is there a conversation thread or discussion happening anywhere on the alternate way to send boosts and sats per minute, as discussed at the last board meeting?
I would like to have one of my developers tune in. The current situation with Alby is already causing us to lose traction here on V4V.

The real question is how many podcast hosts do not have cors implemented. I know we do on media, need to check on the other content types.

Regarding Blubrry, we were a media company first and a hosting company second. After four years of incredible growth, we saw the handwriting on the wall as professional agencies showed up.
We were making things up as we went and the ad model had a downward trajectory. In 2008 I pivoted to a service-based company it saved us.
90% of decisions I make in regards to blubrry is how do i add value to our customers and add revenue.

Sad day changing my splits so the majority of my sats go to my node and not Alby.
We will likely be removing Alby as an integration partner in our V4V set up as a podcast host and looking to do something different.
This is our opportunity to figure out how to do this with FIAT. Maybe we can tokenize it. Podcast listeners can buy Tokens that can follow micro V4v and the tokens can be cashed out by the podcasters.
Need to think a bit on that.
