A new version of MapComplete is out, with a visual makeover and a look to user-friendliness is the layout. Some buttons have been moved to make for a more consistent approach.
And the marker to add a new point is back; even though it will only appear on a right-click/long press now. Don't like it? You can disable it or it's behaviour in the settings.

We had a small #birthday party / OSM-meetup - including a nice brownie with birthday candles for #MapComplete's fourth birthday!

A new version of MapComplete is out - version 0.40
And it has a _huge_ update: it now shows the number of relevant POI in a region, giving the map a non-empty feel when zooming out - and it loads the data directly.
It is also really cool to discover outliers and isolated hamlets...
This required a _big_ server to calculate all those number; @npub13kp…68ay was very lucky and got one donated which had the required amount of RAM (>80GB) and HDD on board, transported ecologically...
