Scrum fails because rarely is it ever understood.
I once worked in a team of 3 who all did the certified scrum master cert and were on fire for it. We did 2 software libraries over the course of 9 months and it was awesome. Then we split up to integrate with other teams. It was never the same again, people just want to keep doing what they always did and scrum becomes the scape goat.

You could probably achieve something similar now with one of those shutter 3D glasses and a 120 Hz display. Just show the real image, then close the glasses and show the exact inverse of the real image for the second half of the 60Hz period. Should look like gray to someone without the glasses.

I would take a good look at Serbia. They handled Covid really well, they are going to try to stay neutral between NATO and Russia, their values are basically where most of western europe was 30 years ago. And it's still quite affordable.

Nah, I was visiting there during the Covid years, got kicked out of a bakery (wasn't allowed to sit down on their lounge chairs) because I didn't meet "3G" requirements (jabbed, recovered or tested within 48hrs). There were plenty of countries that were way more free.

gossip client does relay auth. You can go to "Settings" -> "Network" and choose to be asked permission for every auth request. Then you can fine grain permission which relays to auth to and to which not to. In the "Known Network" section that lists all realays you can also filter by auth permission given.

Well to get to this point in gossip you need to have added a NIP-46 account and generated a bunker url with a randomly generated secret (passphrase) beforehand, and used that to connect your NIP-46 client. So you won't get this screen without having shared that secret (passphrase) under Account -> Nostr Connect.

There are basically two different categories of 3D printed guns. Those for the US market where you can get everything but the receiver off the shelf (barrels, chambers, triggers, etc) and those developed in other countries where you cannot get any firearm part without a license. There was an anonymouse developer from Germany who was murdered by the police and his body dropped in front of his parents house, he developed a model you could manufacture from just industrial parts. For someone in the US, making just the receiver is fairly trivial because the explosion happens in the metal parts you can buy. Find 3d print general on youtube or rumble.

The app uses primal’s central proxy server to communicate with nostr relays.
Their wallet is hosted by Strike.
I believe those are reasonable trade offs by the way. And they still give you your keys. But it only stays free if we make sure any client can make it.

I'm fine with Primal and others building a centralized nostr for them as long as it plays nice with decentralized nostr.

If you do the optical design right, you can make the lenses so the eye can focus at a greater distance. However I don't think they had the space for those optics in this design. Google Glass was actually way ahead in this regard.

One of the first things I did when I heard of nostr was experiment with a protobuf mapping to reduce bandwidth. @npub1xts…kk5s later gave me the helpful hint that strfry already maps to flat buffers internally (afair). So that may be the easiest way to go. Just modifying a strfry to serve flat buffers.

It would be easy to write a relay for the list, that wraps all received messages in kind:6 reposts and tagging them with sequence numbers. It would serve only reposts signed by the relay, the relay could be fully replicated using strfry sync. It’s actually quite trivial. The relay would only serve and store the wrapped messages.
PGP has one key only as well, a mailing list ist in no way more secure than a nostr message.
