YouTube has been cramming Rick and Morty clips into my feed lately. Out of curiosity I watched a couple episodes from about the middle of the series.
I forgot just how completely degenerate and devoid of anything worthwhile this series was. South Park fell off quite a while ago, but a couple of the later seasons are at least somewhat entertaining. But in Rick and Morty, there's no stakes, there's nothing interesting, there's no jokes, there's nothing fun, it's just gratuitous violence, sex, and nihilism.
