yeah, development on jailer is basically
- think for months
- implement in a month
- test on prod for months
- loop
so we add features around 2 months a year and then back to deploy/test/think.

@npub1yyx…qa5g okay, I really have to ask! What are your thoughts on the fact that the old Twitter management silenced every politically active Syrian account? :)
I hate how bad Twitter is these days, but the old management was awful as well. But I feel that people don’t want to acknowledge that.

@npub16gl…syzj @npub1nd8…2zkd but the open-sourceness of Bluesky is similar to saying that Telegram is open-source. Bluesky, PBLLC controls the AT Protocol, while ActivityPub is a W3C standard.
Which means I can participate in AP updates, while ATProto is controlled by a single company.
I'm having a hard time trusting any social media product, while a project can be forked if there's a public standard.
Unless there's gonna be a Bluesky foundation, similar to Diaspora* Foundation, which people forgot about :)

@npub16gl…syzj @npub1nd8…2zkd On the other hand, here's a reminder that Mastodon is not a product, it's a project. don't like the UI/UX? fork it however you want.
I think most people still don't get the difference between a product and a project.
Don't like Threads’/Bluesky’s/Twitter's UI/UX? well there's not much you can do about it :))
