Well, that worked! #pork shoulder in with house rub and on the smoker set to 250F until it reached 170F, then put it in the pan with a hat and cooked at 350 till it’s 199F inside.
Bring in and cover until ready to be shredded.

right on! 👍 I have seen many hours of storage wars 😉recently we towed a U-Haul full of furniture from the east coast with our Transit of things from family that downsized etc. it worked great. Except for a scare I got with the battery one morning. Picked up a jumper battery pack just in case.

we have a customer that finally broke down and is moving to a business crowd strike plan. Been running sharepoint for years and just getting crawled and always causing performance issues. People are starting to see the value in systems like this. A more cost effective or free option sounds amazing.

So the minimum order for a custom blend rub is 100 lbs. I figure the way I use it 32oz pouches could refill a glass shaker jar twice before needing to open a new pouch. Need to make some more small batches before I’m there.
Trying to decide if it’s worth it to solicit a review from local BBQ establishments I like to see if this is anything worth pursuing. Is that like asking for trouble? I would love to do like competition stuff but have no time. Product development / market research!
