That would mean Bitcoin would breakout from its ReAccumulation Range in late September 2024
That being said, Average Historical Monthly Returns for September are -4.48%, with highest ever upside in the month of September being just +6%

The current average hash rate on the bitcoin network is 740.30 EH/s.
Note, the difficulty of mining determines the required total power of equipment for mining cryptocurrency. If the indicator has increased, it may indicate that the activity among miners is growing, and vice versa.
The increase in this indicator brings closer the date of halving the first cryptocurrency, which last took place on April 20, 2024.

In the evening of August 14, 2024 Arkham experts said that the US authorities transferred 10,000 BTC to the Coinbase Prime platform. Against this background, the rate of the asset collapsed.
According to analysts, these are crypto assets in the case of a darknet marketplace called Silk Road. The court approved the order of their confiscation in December 2023.
As early as January 2024, US authorities said they plan to sell these crypto-assets. In April, 2,000 BTC from the frozen funds were transferred to Coinbase Prime.
Experts pointed out that the authorities sent the bitcoins to the wallet from which the assets were eventually withdrawn two weeks ago. The transfer was made from an address directly linked to the U.S. Department of Justice, according to Arkham Intelligence.

Lookonchain analysts have found the reason for bitcoin's price decline
Bitcoin has been looking to rise and consolidate above the $60,000 level lately, and crypto analyst TheMoonCarl believes that a break of this key resistance could lead to $125,000.
His more than bold prediction is based on a cup-and-handle pattern formation. TheMoonCarl cited the bitcoin price movement from 2021 to today as an example, emphasizing the formation of the cup part after BTC's decline in late 2021.
The cup part represents a period of consolidation and recovery where the bitcoin price gradually formed a rounded bottom, or a strong support level.
After the cup, the handle forms a brief period of consolidation or small correction, which bitcoin appears to be experiencing now. The analyst noted that if bitcoin successfully breaks out of this handle formation, and beyond the $70,000 level, the next price target could be $125,000. This figure is derived by adding the cup height to the breakout point.
Another analyst at TheScalpingPro opined that despite the recent volatility, bitcoin is capable of a bullish rally in the long term. In his opinion, bitcoin is forming a classic parabolic curve, often associated with strong bullish momentum.
The curve suggests that bitcoin could show rapid growth through each base with a potential peak target around $180,000. This parabolic rise could be followed by a sharp correction.
Bitcoin's current decline is partly due to a lack of interest from organizations in buying stablecoins. Analysts at the Lookonchain platform wrote on Aug. 12 that institutions stopped buying USDT two days ago.
This suggests a lack of buying pressure and a decline in investor interest in stablecoins, which are typically used as the primary way to transition from fiat currency to cryptocurrencies.

📈 Fed Liquidity rebounds strongly this week
Since falling by $160bn last week, Net Fed Liquidity has shot back up by $170bn [chart 1].
Without drawing a direct causation - it's interesting to note that both the S&P 500 (-3%) and bitcoin (-30%) fell through last week, and then both have rebounded strongly (so far) this week (S&P 500 +4% and bitcoin +22%).
The ongoing flood of new T-bills from the US Government has finally caused Reverse Repo usage to start falling notably (liquidity injection), and it's now at its lowest level since May 2021, breaking down from an eight month flatlining [chart 2].
The Treasury General Account balance has also decreased significantly by around $70bn (liquidity injection) [chart 3].
You can find a more detailed explanation of these points in the thread below.
As we move into September, it's likely things will start to get worse for Fed liquidity due to seasonal factors.
I'm still wary that Net Fed Liquidity is not showing enough upward momentum currently, and it's very likely to roll over in the second half of Q3, with a good chance it will fall to a new lower low by the end of September.
If this happens, the medium term downtrend that began in April 2024 will hold.
But I'm hopeful Q4 will be much better generally for Net Fed Liquidity.
For those following my Fed Liquidity Rhythm (thread in the comments) - we will be transitioning from a "favorable Fed liquidity environment" to an "unfavorable Fed liquidity environment" next week (August 15), lasting until September 31.
