I've been sucked into listening to cable news all day every day as background noise for the past 10 weeks.
Well, very rarely do people call it X.

I saw a comic the other day that went like this:

What are they trying to do here? What's the scam? Every now and then when I am bored, I engage and it's always led to some sexual themed conversation initiated by them. I'm not sure what the game is here. They have never asked me to do anything for them.
Maybe they're just lonely.

Hey #journalists, question.
Why do news sites that charge for subscriptions require annual subscriptions, often paid monthly?
Why don't they let me pay per article or by the month? I'd happily pay the $3 for a "day pass" or $8 for the month.
I just don't want to get screwed forgetting about my introductory rate on year one (i.e. $25) only to have it be $300 in year 2.
