I'm always surprised to see them chasing other birds with such indifference. Spouse pointed out they can fly faster than any other bird, and I KNOW they're afraid of nothing, bc they used to try to bully me out of my own garden! They also used to drink from the hose when I was watering plants.

It's amazing how many of our lovely LGBTQ fam are gardeners AND readers. I guess when you have to hide who you really are from most people, it makes sense to want to do things on your own. Nothing better than sitting in the garden, surrounded by this little piece of a beautiful planet. Our home.

I've been composting since I first bought this house, nearly 50 years ago. We never have to buy worms for our bin, apparently the worms get on their version of the Internet to tell their friends to come over for a bit of something tasty!

Just watched Barbie, and I'm more impressed than I thought I would be. While the pastel neon is, um, difficult, it was a very clever film, well made, well-written, excellent script, dialogue, development, brilliant satire and use of effects. I totally see why she didn't win the expected kudos for the first person to make a billion-dollar-grossing film. The bite of her satire is WAY too much for snowflake mens to handle.

Ah, but they're NOT everywhere. We know that, bc we hugely outnumber them. They are few, but well-paid, loud, and determined.
