I believe Jack Dorsey said that Nostr feels like twitter back in the early days. Others on here compare Nostr to how the internet felt like when it first started. I was late for the first two, but I think Nostr might be even better because it combines decentralized speech with decentralized money.

I stopped gaming hard a few years ago in order to go down rabbit holes and start earning money straight out of med school but then I met @nprofile…apd9 and @nprofile…43ae , and got lost in gaming for a month. Playing with bitcoiners is awesome, no regrets, especially since I think I needed to chill and charge my batteries. Try a carnivore diet for 90 days, then go cold turkey on cigarettes. You'll still probably feel like shit but there's plenty of anecdotes of people being able to get off addictions easier once their body is properly nurtured. Exercise helps too, try sprinting every time the anxiety gets too much. Who knows, maybe you'll come out a beast after all this.

Probablemente te convenga transicionar lentamente a una dieta carnívora a través de unas 6 semanas para minimizar efectos secundarios. Tengo vídeos sobre eso en Flare y YouTube, los enlaces están en la descripción de mi perfil.
Recuerda tomar bastante agua con electrolitos (puede ser simplemente agua con sal rosada agregada o puedes comprar de esos electrolitos keto) y puedes tomar citrato o glicinato de magnesio también.
