If you can include your OS, Thunderbird version, any add-ons, if you tried Troubleshoot Mode, and include any screencaps (for example, your quick filter setup) this would encourage replies - and help the next person with this issue - or help determine if it's a bug that needs fixing!

We’re happy to announce the release of K-9 Mail 6.800! The main goal of this version is to make it easier for you to add your email accounts to the app by integrating Thunderbird’s autoconfig feature.
