It changed my mind on this issue. Yes, people should try to solve difficult problems, but creating new moneys is no longer one of these as bitcoin solved this problem „good enough“. Focus should be in layers above the timechain itself.
The incentives to resolve this problem over and over again are always „let‘s print easy money for our own interests“ imho

How can you be so sure about that? I still see ridiculously large squares in the blocks at mempool.space. I think if it was over yet, there would be no transactions costing more than 10k sats in each block.

I have a list of "nice to haves" that don't have a time, but a bitcoin price on them. So your motorcycle is great, I'd add some lesser joy at 50k and 30k, just to reward your time preference and patience. My list would never fully cash out of my stash, but as I overstashed before the last halvening ("irresponsible long") there are 25% sats that can be spent without my children crying foul on their inheritance.

Happened to me too. What helped was registering my keys with a NIP-05 service (my choice: nostrplebs.com), but it felt unnatural because it is a centralized service. Arby should do the same more in a more bitcoinish way, but not for me (being a dumb freshman at that time)
