I got one with a 24V power supply which lets it run at full speed (7000rpm), vs some that only get it to half speed (4500rpm); and this one has a B10 chuck, where some others have the smaller JT0

It’s an interesting little machine! with compromises, of course
eg.
The coarse height adjustment means losing the z-axis twist / side-to-side alignment, because it’s just the one smooth column at the back the entire head clamps to.
Or the cover for the motor hangs out lower than the tip of the chuck, and can crash into the piece unless you line things up right.
Or the timing belt just hanging out between you and the off switch.
Or the mounting slots being 29.5mm apart.

But it’s fine! And I’m looking forward to fixing some things, eg. swapping out the motor cover for something more slimline (but still rigid enough to protect the terminals), or adding a removable belt cover like @npub1weh…ypj3’s.

On a related note: it feels really good to get the FreeCAD port (the source of truth going forward, shifting over from @npub1ut7…nn8g's excellent efforts in Fusion) done with reference PCBs, fittings, and fixings, with the technical drawings (to make sure the tolerances are dialled in) the only important part still in flight.
