the ganache on top is what really elevates it, it should be more of a common thing to do

cream pies are just a bunch of.cream with something to hold it, usually that something is a pie crust
in this case i like doing layered cream pies with biscuits
traditional cream for pies are usually milk thickned with corn starch and egg yolks
you can make them with butter cream (although you need to do it properly so it doesnt end up too much fat)
i made today's cream with milk, cream, corn starch and sweetened condensed milk

for me dreams are weird cause they are veery dependent on my mental state
