Gah. I was filling in the forms for some big company's supplier portal, and there was a diversity section.
It asked, among other questions, whether I was LGTBGIA+ or a woman.
Well, I amd T, L and W -- so I answered yes.
Then the website demanded a certificate proving I was all of that, just after I had uploaded a copy of my passport saying W.
So, I was like, eff-it. I'm not going to apply for any cisthet provided certificate of authentity.
I'm my authentic self, and if that's not enough,..

Yesterday I learned that Lindbergh, makers of glasses frames, has their own color system, separate from everything else.
Apparently, my next glasses are color #mt180
This does not make any sense, color-system-wise

The moment you get kissed on the mouth by a cis (no longer sure about het...) woman who has been a friend for decades and after that, she declares "it's only between women, it doesn't count!"
Still a friend, still confused.
My wife was like, "Okay, she's got dementia, give her whatever she needs, and collect your hugs from me afterwards."
So, it's okay?

History lesson...
My mom was born in 1939. In 1944 my gramps came back home having escaped from Camp Muhlhausen, having walked all the way home from there to Amsterdam.
An SD agent was in the kitchen the day before he arrived home to ask my gran where he was. Oh.
Without rations, they survived the Hunger Winter.
In 1946, my mom started to smoke, because cigs were freedom.
She survived until her 65th birthday, because she didn't want to die before, but she couldn't hold out any longer.

So, last night, I slept with a sabre. As in, the hilt cradled between my tits, the blade between my legs.
Because ever since the police forced their way into our bedroom, we've had people banging on our front door every night.
And so I postpone sleeping until 3 or 4 AM so I can wait that out, but last night I was sleepy, and just when I was going to bed, the banging started, and I grabbed my sabre.
(The foil and epee are not that useful for repelling invaders.)

People are doing some amazing things with #[0] these days: a Python plugin that allows you to realtime have a #[1] scene as a layer in Krita, manipulatable. Color me deeply impressed!
