I think experts have better things to do, like creating elegant boilerplate :) The token generators cannot produce something better than the person who has a deep interest, not in visual arts, and not in programming. It will be bland, buggy, bloated, and ugly. Just like the people who get into programming "for the money" but never had an interest in making their own software for any other reasons.

Are you going to:
A. Two sets of maps, one for tiles and one for triggers
B. One map with tiles that are known to be floor/wall/holes

For a single sandwich, it is a fold (if only one piece of bread), and there is no cut at all. The fold helps keep the sandwich's insides in place while eating.
If one is making two half-sandwiches, it is a diagonal cut to give the "impression of abundance" and a nice shape that works well with chips/fries on a plate. (Inherited from cafes, etc.)
* Cafe/Restaurant:
It is always a diagonal cut for the aesthetic and the "appearance of abundance," making the half-sandwich look bigger. Half-sandwiches are rare in the USA, so it's almost always 2 halves on the plate, slightly parted, with chips/fries coming up from a side and partly between the halves. That is, if they are using standard slices of bread and not buns of some sort.

* PB&J Half-sandwiches (when they exist on their own) tend to be folded for the sake of reducing PB&J leakage. This is a rectangular shape.
