Vitamix blender is great for shakes, been using mine daily lately. I'll have to remember AM, might try it in the future. I do creatine each day as I've been trying to bulk up. Scoop of protein powder, a scoop of creatine, 3-4 eggs, a banana, a few tablespoons of Greek yogurt, a couple tbsp of peanut butter, a cup or so of milk. Makes a good breakfast shake I can drink on the way to work.

I'm currently using Thorne's Creatine Powder and I love it. Expensive AF but it blends in so well to anything, no grit whatsoever. Will probably have to find something cheaper next time though lol

I'm not sure on that one, I feel like I've had it before but it's been awhile.
The two brands I like are Now Sports and Nutricost. Nutricost is very cheap, no-frills. Internet reviews are mixed but I've never had issues with them. Now Sports is more reputable and a little pricier but still very straightforward with their product

I'll 100% believe your vision, they have recently found out most trees in forests can speak to each other through the fungal networks and the bacteria in our gut can communicate with other bacteria in other people's guts
So there probably is something to the idea that eating locally satisfies a feedback loop throughout the entire ecosystem

Just glancing at their faces, you can tell they're comped in some way or other. Cramer & Armstrong are doing the fake smile that's not even a smile. Fry can't be trusted near kids. Fedorchak has sucked for miles and she knows everyone knows. Wilson and Theriault are trying to pull off the Dreamworks Face and instead look like creeps.
