I'm going to make a very unpopular statement. Everyone is jumping all over Microsoft for what is happening to office 2019 for mac. While I do understand how absolutely annoying and frustrating it can be, and while they should have edited the page properly, here is the thing. When you use any software like this, there is a section that says that Microsoft has the right to remove or revoke your license. You don't own the product. You have access to a non-refundable, non-transferable lisence. And the real sad truth of this is, they can change it, they can revoke it, without warning the users.

So Guys I can't install gsx on my computer. Either I get a strange error that I think has to do with net framework, or it unloads from memory. When I tried to install netframework 10, I got an error that simply said, installation failed.

@nprofile…kx0x @nprofile…9u5m @nprofile…r84m Leo, your asking to undo something that has gone on since the dawning of civilization. Policies and there consequences by their nature can take sometimes 30 or 40 years before long term effects are felt. And what pray tell would having a person live that long be able to do, except wonder what they did differently? They won't be in power by then.

@nprofile…kx0x @nprofile…9u5m Kenidy and linkin were killed by bullets, so was Ragen. You are assuming that life has a garontee, and in that field in particular, that's not the case. Ragen was a descent republican president, and do you think that would not have happened, why does it matter? The office of the president is a cycle, people come in make changes, then changes are undone, new ones are made. Age in that case matters not.

@nprofile…kx0x I can help out with that. FIrst you'll need to use a gate, second, when you load the PMDG, go to PMDG setup after loading the FMC, then select the option that says state save. remember that there are 6 options on each side of the fmc 6 on the left, and 6 on the right. You'll want to hit alt+down arrow to go to page two, and select the first option, cold and dark/gpu, and then hit alt+e to execute.

2025-12-08 00:14:28 GMT

Okay, I'm going to state this for the record, and I know it's going to be unpopular. This is about the hole mona contravercy, that shouldn't be one. On the one hand, I also paid for Mona max when Mona had the one time offer. At the time a one time payment was promised. But this thing called AI, which everyone wants access to in some way, has caused people to rethink how they keep a revenue stream. Not to mention building a hole new app from the ground up, can't be easy, and probably is very time consuming. The developer goes out of his way to make the app accessible, and that can't be said for every developer out there. Bottom line, he needs to keep a revenue stream going, or no more apps can be made. What is so hard to understand about this? I get the argument, he said one-time purchase, and at the time, I'm sure he ment it, but things have changed, making that option no longer viable. Go find another app if you want, or for those that can, go make one, but I promise you this, you won't find one that is as accessible or as flexible as Mona. Not to mention it works on IOS and mac. You don't have to pay for mona 7 if you don't want to, but stop trying to put him in a perverbiable armbar and make him submit to the demands of a group that he didn't have to develop for in the first place. We saw this with VDR, and we're starting to see it here, and it sickens me. You want to go after developers, go after the ones who actually do us wrong in the first place.

2025-12-07 21:29:47 GMT

@nprofile…kx0x So when I worked at support.com we had a link in our web application for entering customer service data. The link by it's self would activate with NVDA, but not with JAWS. With some hints from the JAWS scripting list, I was able to create a script that opened that customer documentation link and another one that answered the call at the press of a keystroke. Sped up my production in a major way, sof or me, JAWS works better in professional inviroments, not that I don't use NVDA, because I do. I'll say it again, it is always better to have more than one tool in your utility box.

And I don't know what it is for. But you know what I do know? The SSA is not supposed to be processing over payments or suspending benefits during the goverment shutdown. So now I have to appeal something that I have no idea what it is for. So if you think you are safe because of a shutdown just hope your SS office doesn't get board.

@nprofile…kx0x @nprofile…djt8 One of my favorite case managers from Hellen Ross Mcnab, whenever she would want to ask a question about my disability, was so afraid of offending me that I felt really bad for her. Made me realize just how damaging that mindset can be.

2025-10-14 23:19:29 GMT

Ok I'm going to get some flames for this, but I don't understand something. Why is it so many blind people get offended if the term blind is throne in front of something? Blind faith, Blind ambition, blind justice, turning a blind eye, Blind enthusiasm, or someone's love ffor something or someone blinding them to something. Those terms do not mean that your disability is being targeted. We've become way too darn sensative and jumpy for our own good. And if I'm being honest, I'm calling that blind political correctness. Now, maybe it's just me, but I feel like the way I was raised, taught me better than that. Yes, I was raised in a traylor, ontop of a hill, and that traylor was behind a mountain. I'm not saying that our words should not have more precision because they should, but we need to look at people's intent. I know what alot of those terms mean, and yet it deeply concerns me that some consider them an attack on our very existance. I'm not saying that people are not rude, and do not say things that are deeply offensive. I'm not saying that people should not be allowed to just say what comes out of their mouths with impunity. There is free speech, but every word spoken has a cost, a weight a measure that is wanting. What I am saying is that we need to watch the intentions of others as well as there words. Richard Nickson said it best, "We can't listen to one another, until we stop shouting at one another, so that our words can be heard as well as our voices.
