Fediverse servers will now see the unique Id of your original mastodon server and potentially refuse to communicate as the domain name is wrong. I'm running on a Rasp 4 B without issue. There's very little load. I'd imagine the original Pi B would be ok too. I also have a Original B which has ran for almost 6 years without any issue, uploading data to the internet every 5 minutes from my weather station and building web pages too.
