The people wanting haunted house disclosures struck a nerve. If we don't do engineering inspections anymore because it's too much of a sellers market - good luck getting any assurance of "certified NOT haunted" On the other hand I've seen some haunted plumbing installations that maybe should get disclosed 👻🚰
