Het probleem zijn de radicaal rechtse regeringen zowel in Israël én de VS! Dat is wat het conflict verhardt, waardoor er op dit moment bijna geen ruimte is voor oplossingen. - Ik weet ook niet waarom je Joden steeds met een hoofdletter schrijft. Volgens mij zijn ze een religieuze (of culturele) groep, anders wordt het echt antisemitisme: alsof iedere jood in of buiten Israël een Groot-Israël en genocide op de Palestijnen wil. Niet dus.

Het geweld, de genocide moeten allereerst stoppen, daar gaat het toch om? Slechts als dat gebeurt, kunnen de partijen ooit nog onderhandelen over (wederzijdse) politieke rechten. Lijkt me ook in het belang van Israël, overigens. - Van alles in de sfeer van “geloof” in de breedste zin laat zich misbruiken door kwaadwillenden, fundamentalisten, extremisten, ook atheïstische ideologieën. De meeste mensen zijn echter niet vanuit eigen overweging extremistisch.

Volgens mij “ onhistorische” vragen, want wij kunnen de geschiedenis helaas niet terugdraaien, ook al zouden we dat in veel gevallen graag willen. Het gaat er toch om hoe het conflict ooit nog kan worden opgelost, en dan kan je volgens mij niet eisen dat een van de twee volkeren naar de VS of elders vertrekt en juist geen eigen staat (meer) heeft.Nu moeten NGO’s weer worden toegelaten tot Palestina, basale #mensenrechten worden nageleefd door de Israëlische regering.

Dat is gedeeltelijk onwaar: Allereerst was er een VN mandaat van 1947 voor oprichting van zowel een Israëlische als een “Arabische”/Palestijnse staat, met omschrijving van de staatsgebieden. De “Zionisten” konden zich vinden in dat plan, de Arabieren in en buiten Palestina wezen het af. Er woonden dan overigens al meer dan 600000 joden in Palestina, nu er in de jaren dertig al 250000 naartoe waren gevlucht. 1/

Dat andere idee van “Groot-Israël” en het genocidale geweld tegen de Palestijnse burgerbevolking waren er naar mijn weten niet vanaf het begin (het idee van Groot Israël althans niet bij iedereen). Het is eerder iets van de extreemrechtse partijen die helaas ook daar zijn opgekomen en zelfs macht uitoefenen, toch?

Dat weet ik respectievelijk is op te zoeken. Uiteraard beschouwt deze regering zich als zionistisch, maar ik bedoelde dat zionistisch op zich een breder begrip is qua geschiedenis (m.n. gericht op een staat voor de joodse bevolking). Gezien de vervolging in verschillende landen en m.n. de Shoa was de vordering van een eigen staat op zich wel begrijpelijk, toch? Begrijpelijk ook nu vanuit het oogpunt van slachtoffers en hun nazaten.

Wenn ich für die Einspeisung zahlen muss, geht die OV-Anlage wieder vom Dach und ich schmeiße sie weg, obwohl sie ziemlich neu ist.
Ich habe den ganzen #rechten und #rechtsextremen Dreck weidlich, aber wirklich weidlich satt!! Und das, während wir wirklich schon tief in der #Klimakatastrophe sitzen. Die CDU/CSU kriegt den Aufstand der Bürger:innen, wenn wir für jedwede #Einspeisung bezahlen müssen. So groß kann die Batterie gar nicht werden, dass sie Einspeisung auszuschließt.

Dat lijkt me weer een merkwaardig, generaliserend. vingerwijzend en dus bewust #stigmatiserend #vooroordeel uit de #extreemrechtse hoek. Ik heb zelfs in de grote steden met een aanzienlijke moslembevolking, zoals Den Haag, nog nooit

He said he knew he was guilty, for having supported the nazis in the beginning. Yet I know that, by and large, the allied forces did the right thing during WWII, given the stage of technical/military development at that time. - Today it is usually unnecessary and unethical to target civilians. With today‘s technical development it is clearly unnecessary to bomb whole cities. If monsters like Putin as well as the Israeli government (or, though on a smaller scale, terrorists like the Houthis in Yemen, Hamas, etc) do it nevertheless, it‘s because they want to deliberately harm those whom they frame as their ennemies. - Btw, historians found that the large-scale bombing of Dresden packed with fugitives at the end of WOII was probably unnecessary.
