I guess I will have to slow down. My HRV collapsed and I have not been able to get it back on track. I have had long working days and some very short sleep nights. I have not reduced my running significantly but I will slow down and run shorter.
My Hill Score, VO2Max and Endurance Scores are at my peak and have remained unchanged during this period which is puzzling. My HR drifts more than it used to. It’s fatigue…

today I got “lost” during a shortcut I entered a chaotic dense area of fallen trees and kept going deeper and deeper to the point where it was just as hard to go back as to move forward. 55 minutes climbing trees, and branches. At a given point I had no idea how to get out of there. I have probably 100 scars on my legs today

I had the final exam done today.
Treadmill stress test.
Cardiologist cleared me and told me I did not need to see a cardiologist again 😂

5k was all I had time for today.
My leg felt amazing, it makes all the difference.
Averaged 358W and in the end, even after pushing through the hills average HR was only 2 beats away from Z2. The stars are aligning.
Went to a sports cardiologist for a check up.
He prescribed:
- Eco Doppler
- Stress test on the treadmill
- CT scan to check for calcifications
- Holter
- Blood tests - already done and thankfully perfect
