In Mutable, I made it easy to toggle your mute lists between private and public so you could use it with different clients. I suggest offering a feature to let users switch from their legacy public list to a new private list seamlessly, so they don’t lose any data and the experience will be identical.

This is more common than should be acceptable. The worst are always the overpriced ones you get at a ballpark. Lukewarm, clammy, overcooked in a steam tray. Underwhelming any way you look at it.
