I moved from many of those "friends" in Covid scam because of this..
Was so tempted to send now all the proof of what was and that are being released now.. but who cares, they will not, they will find excuses and stupid alibi to justify their decision and still neglet the reality we live in.
I moved away from them, completely different incentives.. they choose to stay blind to avoid the pain and to not be ostracized, I instead embraced not complying, not being not deceived, and the loneliness derived by my choices.

And when they are not hostile, because maybe they are close to you, they just threat you like a visionary/gambler/naive/dreamer, making fake smiles saying "yeah I do believe you are right, but.. (they know better, they know it will fail, blocked, banned..)"
Until one day.. they find out.. they come back at you.. But it's late, they can GFY.. "DYOR, find your way".

Catholics would say that these marriages might "null", meaning that they never actually existed.
Like, if you kidnap someone and force them to marry, then that marriage is never created. You were just mimicking a marriage, like actors in a movie, but nothing actually happened because you didn't fulfill the prerequisites for conducting a valid sacrament.
Sort of the way a non-Christian can perform baptisms that don't actually work.

it's incredibly retarded how shitcoiners are amazed that it costs so much to write data to a database that is replicated at least 20-100 times
well, duh, that's right there in front of your face dimwit, 20-1000
and bitcoin is gonna be even more expensive, because its replication rate is more like 20000x now
🤦♂️
seriously, if you want to make decentralised data storage scale you need a freeform data blob protocol and a mechanism for increasing and decreasing replication rates of the data in order to economise the fucking price of storage and give stronger guarantees about availability

Yes, same-sex or close relation.
Or something like finding out someone entered into the marriage without the intent to be faithful. Lying about your identity, hiding the existence of a previous marriage (or faking an annulment or divorce), an ongoing sexual relationship with someone else, willful exclusion of procreation, entering into the marriage under duress, would be others.
Catholics are quite picky about validity.

oops, I just realized that I typo'ed my note when I sent it.
Since there is no way to undo, edit, or delete on Nostr, I'll call out my own mistakes when I see them, even if it's a day, week, month, year, or decade after the mistake was made. I guess maybe that means I'm a perfectionist? Whatever it may mean, I will always call myself out when I see my own mistakes. I try not to call out to many others' mistakes publicly when I see them, unless they're a politician since they're putting themselves on stage thinking they're higher than thou, so they deserve to be called out.
In any case, you replied perfectly to my point, so you got the message I was attempting to convey.

That is a great search for you. Wonderful question. Find that out for yourself as I or any other folks have. The history is there. Start with the translation, than missing books of the bible and the authorities who hold those, then get into Martin Luther, then the crusades, paganism, etc. It’s all there.
Here’s an abstract thought, if you’re capable of believing that god has always existed and didn’t need a creator, then you are capable of accepting no creator was needed.

So by that rationale, cat in the hat exists? I also do not have a dog in the fight. Isn’t faith what one is left with when we abandon the search for evidence? Christians more than any other religious folk’s I’ve met tend to take the most liberties with what something “means” or the intentions of characters in the story. To be clear, I hope I am projecting that Jesus didn’t exist, because outside of the bible there is no historical record. Now when you read genesis and Old Testament, there is complete genealogy, and plenty of known historians for that period and region… none corroborate any existence. Zero, so totally happy to suppose this. If it hasn’t been considered by some that the existence is fiction and borrowed from characters in other stories which predate Christianity, it should be considered and please provide receipts.

CCC 2384 Divorce is a grave offense against the natural law. It claims to break the contract, to which the spouses freely consented, to live with each other till death. Divorce does injury to the covenant of salvation, of which sacramental marriage is the sign. Contracting a new union, even if it is recognized by civil law, adds to the gravity of the rupture: the remarried spouse is then in a situation of public and permanent adultery:
If a husband, separated from his wife, approaches another woman, he is an adulterer because he makes that woman commit adultery, and the woman who lives with him is an adulteress, because she has drawn another’s husband to herself.
CCC 2385 Divorce is immoral also because it introduces disorder into the family and into society. This disorder brings grave harm to the deserted spouse, to children traumatized by the separation of their parents and often torn between them, and because of its contagious effect which makes it truly a plague on society.

I've never seen anyone suggest this, but it's the painfully obvious solution. Most people get divorced so that they can remarry. If they couldn't remarry, then divorces would become something only for people who are just really miserable and want a clear separation of goods and whatnot.
Since divorce rates increase dramatically with each remarriage, and a surprising number of people are actually remarrying their own spouses, you could cut the effective divorce rate down to 10% or lower, with this one neat trick.

The Catholic view (that all Christians once shared) is that most people choose marriage as a vacation, but a substantial minority choose celibacy ("not marrying").
Those sacramental marriages are chaste (you only have sex that is open to life, you only have sex with the person you are married to or you don't have sex, and you can't trade them in for someone else to have sex with). Which tends to lead to high fertility across the population. One couple will have no children, another will have 1 or 2, another will have 3 or 4, etc., and you end up solidly above the replacement rate, on average.
A lot of people didn't get married. Few divorced and almost nobody remarried. A lot of people didn't have kids. Some people had a lot of kids. It worked. 🤷♀️
Increasing the number of people having kids has actually coincided with the birthrate going DOWN.

We pressured everyone to get married and have kids, including people who weren't called to it or suited to it, and the inevitable circus erupted. The Boomers broke all records in marital meltdown and made a mockery of the institution.
Marriage became something everyone just did, like buying a toaster or learning to tie their shoes, instead of purposefully choosing it to be the focus of their life and the hill they're willing to die on.
Now the marital stats look terrible and the children born of the circus are just shacking up or cycling through marriages like they really are just a piece of paper, so our entire society is becoming a gigantic, rundown ghetto.

Some of y'all so ghetto, fr.
And you be like, "No, it's okay when white people do it because they're doing it on the highfalutin principle that they don't want the state to get involved in their relationships."
Yo, why you think black people weren't getting married? 😅
Did you really think they were too stupid to figure out where the next church or city hall is? They quickly figured out that "state marriage is a bad deal and it's smarter to just shack up". And now their kids can't read and are filling the prisons, whorehouses, gangs, and drug treatment centers.
Your kids are next.
