Could you please share how you handle bogus DMCA notices in practice? You forward them to the client and wait at most whatever time is given by the underlying provider, right? If the client doesn't respond in time, is it a guaranteed suspension? Is there any location or underlying provider that is less vulnerable to this kind of attack?

I've read your AUP. I'm still confused; could you please explain how it works with NL *in practice*: if a client receives some bogus DMCA notice and they are unable to respond in 48h—it's a guaranteed suspension already or not? Same with FI? Thanks!
I actually learned that it's Pura Vida not that long ago. Feels a bit like we're lacking both international and timezone-independent GM.
