对于极其优秀的学生，学院必须通过committee几个委员决定能不能给全奖——所谓全奖，就是把你学费省掉，每个月发你2000人民币生活费，总包52万一年，理论上是实打实给你的，你要感恩戴德，磕头鞠躬，感谢你的导师给你的恩赐，
对于导师自己有经费的，导师自己掏真金白银50万一年，给自己的博士生当RA交学费，没钱的导师就滚蛋，别他妈招学生祸害孩子了，
对于理工科院系，留出一部分TA的工作，比如每年30个，让学生大范围高强度承担改作业、判考试卷、课后答疑的工作，以及学校学术评审和组织行政的工作，来负担50万一年的学费成本，
如果不满意工作强度，欢迎辞掉TA的工作，自己老老实实掏50万一年读博士。
对于其他的博士生，请你自费，请你掏钱，请你不要不知好歹，让你读个博士是给你的特权，要尊重市场价值，
如果GPA全满且拿到其他企业和校外奖学金，给你学费减免50%，你只要25万一年就可以读明年的博士了，这是给你巨大的恩赐，你要磕头谢恩，
对于所有拿TA、RA、fellowship钱的学生，光明正大在简历写上“我拿学校的奖学金了，我不是自费读博士的垃圾”，写在简历第一行，和其他人区分开来。
这才是解决学校财政的最好方法，这是全世界通用的方法，最科学的方法。
