ForgeSworn relay

ForgeSworn’s own relay. Operator keys have full signed-in read access. Other signed-in keys can read their own authored or addressed events. Writes come from those keys, or are sealed messages and signer requests addressed only to them. A temporary compatibility exception permits unauthenticated kind-1059 delivery and reads for selected recipients; encryption remains on the clients.
