watching spammers get ip banned in realtime has been entertaining to watch. I think it would be even better if i added noteguard admin controls directly to damus ios/android so i can ip ban spammers on the go.

damus relay should now be one of the least spammed relays. We aggressively ip ban people who try to write too many notes too fast.
