The issue with telling co-workers is that with Bitcoin you have to know what you are doing or it's easy to lose. I find most people have no clue what they are doing in terms of technology.
The bigger issue is finding an exchange that is trustworthy. I seen so many people sign up to sketchy exchanges and end up getting robbed.
The majority of people end up buying shitcoins instead because exchanges like Coinbase how a bunch of shitcoins. Exchanges have slowed adoption because of shitcoins.
I don't worry about telling too many people about Bitcoin anymore. I decided to put my energy into researching things like what company we can start in the future with our Bitcoin earnings.
I thought the plebs would get into Bitcoin before the institutions. I was wrong.
Maybe I shouldn't of wasted so much time with the plebs.
