I'm sorry, I haven't really looked into this because my view is well pointing at permissive licensing nowadays, but do you mean that if a webapp provides an advanced search interface it actually affects the copyright of the database server? Or just phpMyAdmin?
Or what is the bar for an application layer to separate itself from the storage technique?
(If the answer is "you can't know unless a judge in the EU tells you" then this license is toxic and I don't even discuss it.)
