I'm not insinuating that he's lying, as I'm positive that there are journalists in this sphere. But why wouldn't you want to let your users know exactly what's transpired, who did what, and to whom, when you already have a history of doing so before and on top of that you've done far worse already to people who were generally harmless? I never was particularly brainy but this just sounds silly.
