I am rereading Anthony Trollope's Barchester and Palliser series of novels, catching up on Nordic Murders on Channel 4 (an entertaining way to improve my German) and watching old Morse dramas ( to check out what we really looked like and thought in the Tory eighties). I've had enough of the constant imposed diet of sport and politics on TV.
