*** I think if you wanted this to be an effective program, this would be better spent at the schools with the highest proportion of people coming from low income families, versus the top tier medical programs who are competing for students and dollars... Not sure where Johns Hopkins sits on this, but... I would put this into a bunch of state school programs instead, IMHO.
