Gods I hate the modern world for its electronic crap we have to deal with.
Our dishwasher, which is less than four years old and works great, all of a sudden doesn't respond to us pressing the buttons on the control panel, even though it powers on. The control panel replacement part has been discontinued, even though they (GE) still sell the same model.
I even tried to open up the control panel area to just take a look and you need a proprietary tool to open the screws. FUCK that so hard.
