Charlie is one of our oldest gablins and even by their standards is a schizo. I hate calling people that but it fits him, he's erratic, incapable of detecting sarcasm, he'll start arguing with you vehemently over small disagreements, or even where there's no disagreement.

He's definitely not a fed. His bleating and frustration when someone betrays his trust by saying "potatoes can be good for you if they're heirloom" or "raping men is bad but raping women is also bad" seem way too genuine to me.

He could also be a troll, but the blocking makes me think he's real.
