As equity market is spooked - say tarrifs etc .. does that increase interest in treasuries proportionately ?

If so - that means more demand .. less interest on long term treasuries - less mortgage - revival of housing sector ..
Sure builders will pay some tariff .. which they will charge - means costlier homes at lower mortgage. .. people will still buy ..
This is the time to invest in REITS !
